Your Tasks:
- Direct to Consumer(DtC) project support: Contribute to the development and execution of our DtC initiative — including setup, insights on consumer behavior, and performance tracking
- CRM data cleansing & consistency: Ensure high-quality customer and device data by identifying and resolving duplicates or gaps in our CRM system
- Customer segmentation & analysis: Deliver targeted segmentation and behavioral insights to support commercial, marketing, and clinical strategy
- Master data quality assurance: Maintain and improve product and customer master data across internal systems, hospitals, and patient portals
- Dashboard & report creation: Build intuitive dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to support decision-making with relevant KPIs, trends, and user metrics
- Process improvement: Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Support to optimize CRM workflows and ensure data governance and compliance
- Go-to data resource: Serve as the central contact point for business stakeholders who need analysis, reporting, and structured data support
- Support strategic and clinical initiatives: Provide data and insights for product launches, service evaluations, compliance reporting, and patient-focused initiatives
Your Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or another regulated industry
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive deliverables independently across multiple functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate with commercial, clinical, technical, and leadership teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python
- Experience or interest in DtC analytics, customer behavior, or e-commerce tracking
- Interest in AI tools such as Microsoft Fabric — Microsoft’s unified platform for analytics and BI
- Strong analytical mindset and confident communicator
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
- Being Fluent in English is a must, German a plus
