Teamlead Consumer Sales (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Build, Manage and coach the inbound and outbound sales team
- Develop and implement the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy to execute on digital sales initiatives.
- Plan and execute online campaigns across performance marketing, CRM, and social media.
- Continuously analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, production) to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Own and optimize lead conversion KPIs, driving continuous improvement across the marketing and sales funnel.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in digital commerce.
- Optimize sales effectiveness through our CRM.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Consumer Sales management, preferably in healthcare, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and analytics.
- Analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English & German.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
